She turned a poorly handled situation into a positive experience and is helping to get me the part that I need to fix the door on my KIA Rio. She has made repeated phone calls to the Las Cruces dealership and has followed up with me, via telephone, to keep me apprised of her progress. Just had the BEST experience with one of the sales people at Jack Key. I come from a family of salesmen and went into this expecting a lot of BS and game playing. I called Dustin Sample after being referred to him by a family member who just bought a new car. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I knew I wouldn't be driving home in a new car right away because I have a really specific list of features and a particular car in mind. Before talking to family I went to Vision to see about finding my new vehicle and they tried to force feed me a car that wasn't even close to what I was looking for. When I got the recommendation, I figured it was worth a shot and gave Dustin a call. Not only was he not phased that I was looking for something that wasn't on the lot, he didn't even seem put off by how particular I am about what I want. Vision gave me looks like I was nuts for going in with my wishlist. Dustin offered to track down what I was looking for and call me personally when he finds it. I didn't feel like I was being cast off because I wasn't there to buy a car on the lot today. I never got the sense that my business wasn't as important. Anybody who's ever gone car "shopping" when you're not quite ready to buy will understand this next part. During our chat he got several phone calls and the lot was really pretty busy. I saw several people walking around and not very many salesmen on the lot. Not ONCE did he ask me to wait, or look like he wanted to get on to the "paying customers" on the lot. I really believe him when he says he's going to find me my perfect match. I'm very glad I decided to give Jack Key a look. They may not be a giant lot with a ton of selection, but for me, service is so important. That alone makes me want to give them my business. - Michelle
Went to Jack Key just to browse and ended up buying a new 2012 Dodge. The salesman (Laurence) was very helpful. He did not push anything on us and allowed us to choose and test drive vechicles before making our final decision. Cody, the finance person, was also a huge help. This is my first buying experience through a dealership all my other vehicles have been through a private seller, so to say the least it was intimidating to walk into the dealership with the actual intent to buy. I should have never worried for one second, I worked with Jared based on the comments below and to say the least it was a enjoyable experience and still is to this day. They might be a Chrysler dealership but he was able to find me a Ford truck that was exactly what i was looking for and Jared put a lot of effort into making it a reasonable purchase for my income and threw in a few goodies to make the deal all that much sweeter. I did find a few things not to my liking about the truck after i purchased it but these issues were resolved seemingly before i made the call to the dealership. If i ever need another vehicle it will be through Jack Key and i would not hesitate to say you should do the same. Ask for Jared and you will not be disappointed. - Dean
